Green pea mash

  • 500 g frozen green peas
  • 2 l water
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper


  • Start by boiling your peas until they are tender
  • Discard the water and add the butter, put the lid back on and lett the hot peas melt the butter a bit
  • Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix
  • Add lemon salt and pepper to taste
