Start by cutting your salmon into large dice sized pieces. This will make it easier to "smear" it over the bread
Season the salmon with Salt, Pepper and a bit of lemon jucice.
Cut your slices of bread and pop'em in the toaster. remember to get the bread golden.
Fry the Salmon in a pan with some olive oil on high heat. the salmon should get a crisp fried surface and a slightly raw inside. How long this takes can vary on how hot your oven gets and how large you salmon dices are cut.
Devide the slices of bread in 3, and spread some pesto on top of each piece.
Take a cube salmon and tear it in two, take one half on each pice of bread. Try squezing the salmon sligtly to cover a larger area of the bread.
Grate the lemon zest on top and add some drops of lemon juice.
Give all the individual pices a small leaf of basil and some dill.
Finaly add some salt and pepper and sprinkle some good olive oil on top.
