Green pea mash

- 500 g frozen green peas
- 2 l water
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
Start by boiling your peas until they are tender
Discard the water and add the butter, put the lid back on and lett the hot peas melt the butter a bit
Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix
Add lemon salt and pepper to taste
