So it is time for another juice recipe and here it is red cabbage beetroot juice. I’m sure you can already feel your health improving by looking at the color of this one and also with the extra ingredients we have added it doesn’t taste bad either. The cabbage is supposed to have many health benefits amongst being good for digestion. The beetroot is also full of anti-oxidants and at least up here in the north, it is used by athletes due to its supposedly natural performance-enhancing abilities. So if you are planning on going to the gym tonight make sure to make this one before you go!
This particular juice is made with a pointy kind of red cabbage that I bought at the local supermarket. If you can’t get this particular type you can also opt for the normal round one. Just make sure to use a bit less, as they are usually bigger.
