So today’s juice is hulk juice. It is a real power juice with lots of healthy veggies. If you are struggling to get enough veggies into your diet this is a great solution for you and the kids!
Getting enough green?
Sometimes it can be hard for both grownups and children to get enough veggies in their diet and trust me we do too. But this juice is a great way to include some when you are not feeling like it. The benefits of this juice are just amazing. Juicing it will for sure make it easier to drink, but if you blend it you can get all the fiber in there as well.
Rockstar greens
Now, this recipe contains all good stuff but there is one rockstar ingredient in this one that we like to mention in particular. You probably guessed it, Broccoli. Broccoli contains such a large amount of vitamin K that only one cup will get you 100% percent of your daily need. Now you might be asking your self, what is Vitamin K actually good for. Well, vitamin K improves your bone structure, it makes sure that we do not rid our bodies of the calcium that we consume. And hey broccoli also actually gives you a fair amount of calcium as well.
Stay young with hulk juice
Yep, the headline her is actually true. When it comes to skin health, it has been proven that vitamin C in its natural form keeps us from getting wrinkles and keeps our skin texture smoother. Now, most might be thinking, why not opt for citrus instead? Well in one cup of broccoli there is actually more vitamin C than your body needs in a whole day. So keep using that sun lotion, but do also remember to eat your broccoli.
About the kids
Now make sure to remember to keep the tacky name of this juice when you make it for the kids. At least its a fair attempt to make it more interesting for them to join in on the juicing.
